NWS Outlook : “WINDS AND SEAS WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY STRENGTHEN THROUGH THE WEEK IN RESPONSE TO A TIGHTENING GRADIENT BETWEEN LOWER PRESSURES IN THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES AND HIGHER PRESSURES OFF TO OUR EAST. CAUTION FLAGS OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS MAY NEED TO BE EXPANDED THESE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS…AND ADVISORIES MIGHT BE NEEDED. LOOK FOR DECREASING WINDS AND SEAS OVER THE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.”
