NWS Outlook: “Light to moderate onshore flow will continue over the next few days, with slightly higher wind speeds during the overnight hours. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible through the weekend with the best coverage on Friday and Saturday. Winds and seas should slightly increase Friday as a surge of tropical moisture enters the northwestern Gulf. No tropical development is expected at this time. Onshore flow continues for the start of next week as an upper level ridge remains over Texas.”
